There is a huge variety in the reliance each of Adelaide’s metropolitan councils relies on debt to keep running.

Today I made my submission to Council’s consultation on community engagement. In a nutshell, I have submitted that the drafty policy continues Council’s minimalist approach to community consultation as all the policy reflects is what Council is required to do by the legislation and no more.
